Shubham Kathuria has close to a decade of experience across executive search and client advisory.
Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, he spent almost 7 years with Michael Page, where he led multiple practices and P&Ls spanning Financial Services, Product Technology and Public Policy.
Shubham has a strong track record on closing multiple CXO searches for Top Financial Services setups in India. Before stepping into the search ecosystem, Shubham built his sectoral expertise as a banker – including a stint at Kotak Mahindra Bank in client advisory.
Shubham has built multiple trusted-relationships across India’s Banking, NBFC, and Fintech landscape. He has earned regular recognition within the firm and in the broader executive search space for consistently delivering exceptional client experience across mandates.
