As a General Manager with over 30 years of work experience, Stuti Vohra is a proven business transformer, revenue accelerator with an excellent record for delivering exceptional value.
Prior to Transearch, Stuti was Founder & Managing Partner of a boutique search firm – Talent Partners. She was and remains a trusted advisor to both international and Indian organizations advising them on leadership talent matters and specializes in senior leadership hiring. A significant part of her experience has been to build out global relationships and client base that have been industry agnostic. She embarked on her executive search firm experience when she joined a well known search firm to head up their IT and Retail practice globally.
Stuti was the Global Head of HR Operations for a US multi billion Retailer where she worked both out of the US and Bangalore. Prior to this she was with GE Capital and was the Director of Compliance for the ITES arm of the Hero Group. She began her career with the Oberoi Group of Hotels.
Stuti holds Bacherlors in English Literature followed by the management programme at The Oberoi Center for Learning and Development – which is rated amongst the best in Asia and a benchmark for excellence in management education.
