Sabina is a Principal with TRANSEARCH India and is based in Delhi. She leads the firm’s Insurance practice & co-leads the Financial Services Practice in India.
Sabina brings with her 30 years of experience working with multinational companies, Managing large RPOs and setting up and running a successful entrepreneurial venture. She has extensive hands-on experience in senior and leadership hiring across Banking, Insurance, NBFCs and Telecom. – across all Lines of Business and functions. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH she managed her own boutique Recruitment firm-Quest Executive Search for over a decade.
In her other roles she has also managed RPO(Recruitment Process Outsourcing) operations for American Express and Macquarie Global Services.
In the Initial part of her career, she held Brand management positions with Apollo Tyres and Bausch and Lomb India.
Sabina is an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad(Institute of Management Technology), a premier business school in India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University.
