With nearly 20 years of experience, he has successfully led C-suite mandates for technology, software, and professional services firms.
Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Puneet worked with Heidrick & Struggles. This marks his second tenure with TRANSEARCH, where he has accumulated approximately 10 years of experience.
Puneet’s passion for executive search in sustainability and diversity roles fuels his work across technology services organizations, software companies, technology-enabled startups, semiconductor firms, and large private equity-backed ventures. He has successfully helped clients appoint top leadership positions, including CEO, CTO, CDO, and global P&L business heads.
Puneet is deeply committed to service and collaborates with like-minded individuals and organizations to create a meaningful impact on the community and society. He actively supports various NGOs in community development initiatives and fundraising efforts, with a particular focus on girls’ education.
Puneet is a Science graduate from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University and also holds a Post graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing), from the FORE School of Management
